RAFAEL BATYA has been performing in Eugene for five years. He has appeared in local productions of 13, Once On This Island and Shrek The Musical. He has had the privilege of working with The Shedd during summer productions of The Music Man, The King And I, and Babes In Arms. Rafael is active in school productions at Roosevelt Middle School including recent appearances in A Midsummer’s Night Dream, Into the Woods, and Guys And Dolls. Rafael gains ongoing support from teachers and mentors at The Shedd Institute Music School and The Musical Theatre Training Academy. He enjoys singing, dancing, playing guitar, percussion, piano and ukulele. He dreams of a life on Broadway.
