Frank Kenney has been a woodwind (sax, clarinet and flute) player in the Eugene area for 30 years. He has played for Eugene Festival of Musical Theater, Oregon Festival of American Music, and the Starliters for many years. He has performed in the orchestras of Natalie Cole, Rosemary Clooney, Andy Williams, Wayne Newton, Red Skelton, Bob Hope and many others.
