Matt Musgrove is thrilled to have been invited back to his hometown! His past performances with OFAM include Tommy Albright in Brigadoon, and Will Parker in Oklahoma! Matt’s recently ended a rock musical national tour as Benjamin Franklin in the Lucille Lortel 2011 Off-Broadway Nominee We The People. He was featured in the New York Times as a part of George Plimpton’s original libretto CAT the Opera. Soon after he was in Ian Strasfogel’s opera Il Musico. At Ithaca, Matt worked with founder of Playwright’s Horizon’s Robert Moss, in the title role of Cashel in the original production Cashel Byron’s Profession. He also played King Midas/Vertumnus in Metamorphoses, Faria in The Count of Monte Cristo, and Floyd Collin’s US in Floyd Collins. In Eugene Matt’s played numerous roles including Cinderella’s Prince in Into the Woods, Leon Czolgosz in Assassins, and Richard Henry Lee in 1776. Matt is an Equity Member and holds a BFA in Musical Theater from Ithaca College.
