A benefit concert for Bags of Love
Fri, Apr 27, 7:30 - 9:30 pm
Jaqua Concert Hall, The Shedd Institute
Miguel Dehoyos and Alex Depue are accomplished musicians for the southern tip of Mexico. They captivate their audiences with the sounds of Latin music with a touch of contemporary jazz. This will be their first performance in Eugene, the beginning of many more performances in the Northwest. Come and enjoy a Night of Elegance.
NOTE: Premium cabaret seating on the 21 and over main floor are available ONLY with the purchase of the Gala Dinner + main floor ticket package ($50). Please see the associated event link at lower right for more information. $30 Red Level tickets are balcony reserved seating for those not wishing to attend the Gala Dinner and youth under 21 years.
Individually, Alex DePue and Miguel DeHoyos have wowed the world—from Depue performing at Carnegie Hall at the age of 14 and touring with rock guitarist Steve Vai in 2007 to DeHoyos entertaining government officials and diplomats in Mexico and performing in Romania by invitation from the Romanian government. Together, they produce an unparalleled sound—music that can speak to anyone’s soul.
Sponsored by Stuart Barr and produced by CW Evolutions, "A Night of Elegance" benefits Bags of Love, a Lane County social service agency dedicated to helping kids in crisis.
